Rice & Lentil Pilaf
Our Rice Lentil Pilaf recipe puts a twist on the classic pilaf. Featuring lentils and rice combined with carrots, celery onions and tomatoes, you'll have fresh, flavourful side dish that's ready in 35 minutes!
Directions
- Heat oil in a 10" (25 cm) skillet over medium heat. Add carrots,celery,onion and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir broth,lentils and rice into vegetables and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice and lentils are tender. Stir in tomatoes and parsley.
